In an on-going effort to provide up-to-date information on this site, we’ve restructured the site to include all of the content of the Troop 404 Handbook. This information should be understood by youth members and their parents, so please check it out! Thank you, Gary, for updating and publishing this very detailed handbook.
As our site has grown, I’ve removed the site map on the left and added a Sitemap link at the top of each page. This should help you navigate around the page easier while de-cluttering the main page a bit.
If you have any questions, please use the Contact link above to send an e-mail to the troop scoutmaster and webmaster.

Please check out the Gallery page for a list of photo and video albums that you can now see on this site.
As a website admin, I’m trying to make it easier for troop leaders to add photos to this website. Since the troop also has a Facebook page, I’ve upgraded this website to make it easy to embed Facebook photo and video galleries on this site. If you are a registered adult troop leader, we can give you privileges to add photos on the troop’s Facebook page and link those photos to the website. (Photos must not reveal personal information such as full name/address/phone number of youth). Please contact me if you have any questions.

Troop 404 sent 22 Scouts to the 2011 Shelby District Merit Badge Day at Oak Moutain High School on Saturday, February 5, 2011. Combined, the boys took 40 merit badge classes and completed work on 20 merit badges before leaving the event which made for a full day. In all, over 450 Scouts from three states took advantage of the merit badge classes offered at the event. Great job Scouts!
