Welcome to the Troop 404 Website.  This site allows our scouts to:

• View the troop calendar
• Get information about upcoming events
• Review a list of “What To Bring” to Summer camp or campouts
• Subscribe to the site and receive e-mail updates when new articles are posted
• Comment on articles

The site also allows our Scoutmaster and other leaders to:

• Add articles
• Share Photos from events
• Post information about upcoming events
• Write articles for the troop and guests

We are a very active troop and are often on the go!  We typically:

• Camp out one weekend per month,
• Attend camp each summer,
• Have three Tuesday night troop meetings each month, and
• Participate in several other events like hikes, civic events, advancement days, volunteering, and more!

These are exciting days in the troop! We have several boys that have joined the troop recently. We are also camping with the Webelos from Pack 404 this weekend to “show them the ropes” (literally). We look forward to having several of these boys cross over from the Pack to the Troop next Spring.

Boys age 11 and up who have completed 5th grade: If you want to “check us out”, please feel free to come to any of our troop meetings. Click on “Calendar” above to find the time and dates of our meetings.  You can also click on the “contact” link above to e-mail the Scout Master and Website Administrator.

Once again, Troop 404 will be selling Christmas Trees to our many supporters in the community.  We have been selling beautiful Christmas Trees for over 15 years.  Many families consider visiting our Boy Scout tree lot an annual Christmas tradition.  Come enjoy the wonderful selection of Fraser Fir Christmas Trees we have available.  (We think we have the best selection in town!).  The trees are between 6 and 10 feet tall.

Our Christmas Tree lot may be found between First Baptist Church and Meyer’s on Highway 31 in Pelham, AL.

Sales will officially begin on Friday, November 27 at 8 AM.   On that day, the lot will be open all day.  On subsequent days, the schedule will be as follows:

Hours:

• Monday through Friday 4PM to 9PM
• Saturday 8AM to 9PM
• Sunday 1PM to 6PM

Sales will continue while the trees last.  In prior years, we’ve sold most of our selection within the first two weeks, so come early!
