1. Troop meetings are held each Tuesday night at 6:30 PM.  We meet in the Scout House at the First Baptist Church of Pelham.  The Scout House is located on the hill behind the church.  We do not meet the Tuesday after a campout.  Check the Troop calendar or website for meeting dates.

Troop 404 is a boy-led troop.  Therefore, Scouts run the Troop meetings.  During each meeting, Scouts work on merit badges, rank advancements, make plans for campouts and sometimes play games.

  2. Scouts are expected to attend Troop meetings.  If a Scout misses more than 50% of the Troop meetings over a two-month period with no legitimate explanation, the Scout must meet with the SPL and the SM to access his “Scout Spirit” and his leadership position (if he holds one)
  3. Brief PLC meetings are generally held after each Troop meeting.  Additional PLC meetings are held as required and all members of the PLC are expected to attend these meetings.
  4. Two registered adult leaders, or one adult leader and a Scout parent, both of whom must be 21 years of age, are required for all Troop 404 meetings, trips and outings.
