The Troop 404 Handbook is provided for the parents and Scouts of Troop 404.  It has been approved by the Troop Committee for use by all members of our Troop.  This handbook was prepared to remain consistent in all matters of operation and to reduce any confusion regarding established rules and guidelines.

This handbook does not and is not intended to replace any of the policies or requirements defined in the BSA national policies concerning Troop operations and safe scouting.  National BSA policies shall always be referred to first regarding any policy issue.  This handbook defines specific procedures for troop operation as approved by the Troop Committee.
